Eat your heart out, Dyson, February 28, 2008 By antenna (ex-UK now US) - See all my reviews I hate vacuuming. Really hate it. But I think this product will help me at least put up with it. It arrived today, and I have to say I am impressed with how thoroughly it cleans. Fluff and dog hairs that our Dyson failed to lift off carpets were gone in one sweep. After only 2 rooms, the bag is almost full (yuck!).
How did we end up with this vacuum cleaner? We moved to the US from the UK 3 years ago. In the UK, we had a Henry vacuum, which was fantastic. But US voltage differs from UK voltage, so we had to leave our Henry behind. When we arrived in the small US town we now live in, our local store offered us a very limited range of vacuums, so we bought a Dyson. It was a brand we recognized, and had a good reputation. How I regretted it. It never cleaned carpet well, and as it aged, it seemed to get worse. BUT I can say that this vacuum does an absolutely wonderful job cleaning. I have two toddlers and a dog with white hair. I went shopping for a new vacuum because the one I had wasn't cleaning up the "kid detritus" (as my husband and I call it) or the dog hair. The family room carpet was getting dirtier and dirtier--I was even resorting to using one of those sticky, rolly things to get up dirt because I was so embarassed when friends would bring their kids over and they'd get dog hair on them. The Sebo vacuum picks up the kid mess and the dog hair. I really like the way the body swivels too. It really helps with cleaning corners and hard to get to places. I wish I had had this vacuum when my carpets were new! Two other things I really like about this vacuum: 1) It's lighter than the other uprights I've had; and 2) This vacuum is substantially quieter than any other vacuum I've used.

Out of all the different vacuums we sell, the Sebo Felix is by far GoVacuum's highest rated vacuum. We consistently hear great feedback on this machine. The Fun color is my favorite color they make. I assure you that you will never, ever loose this vacuum! The Sebo Felix is a very versitale, lightweight, and powerful machine.
You can easily convert the vacuum from a full size floor vacuum, into a very portable hand vacuum. Like all Sebo vacuums, the belt on the machine is warrantied for the life of the vacuum. Sebo is the only company in the world to guarantee the belt for as long as you own the machine. The rest of the vacuum comes with a very strong 5 year warranty.
